About the Role
The Settlement Analyst role at HexawareTechnologies1 is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, reconcile, and process trade settlements.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

- Prepare regular reports on settlement status and exceptions.

- Support smooth end-of-day and end-of-month processes.

- Implement best practices in settlement operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Settlement and trading-related skills.
- Experience in trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
- Solid analytical skills.
- Finance knowledge.
- Clear and professional communication skills.

- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in common office and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis).
Qualifications
- Ability to accurately review data and resolve issues.
- Ability to understand financial products and cash flows.
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in capital markets operations, middle office, or back-office settlements is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
