About the Role

Goodpetz is a pet-commerce venture preparing for its next chapter. This role offers hands-on experience rebuilding and operating an early-stage business. You will work directly with the founder, own real business projects, and have room to shape how the venture develops. You will share the co-founding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Business development, customer acquisition, and market research.
• E-commerce operations, vendor coordination, and customer experience.
• Budgeting, performance tracking, and commercial experimentation.
• Building processes and eventually coordinating a team.

Qualifications

• Someone dependable, curious, commercially minded, and willing to learn by doing.
• Prior startup experience isn't required, but initiative, communication, and follow-through are essential.
• An undergraduate interested in entrepreneurship, commerce, management, marketing, or technology.
• Someone who can commit meaningful, consistent hours alongside what you're currently doing.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, customer interaction, experimentation, and setbacks.
• Interested in eventually leading a business, rather than only collecting internship experience.
• Able to communicate clearly, learn independently, and take responsibility.
