About the Role
This is a hybrid role based in Gurugram, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Requests Management: Understanding and taking ownership of client requests for assessment design and various use cases (recruitment, Learning and Development). Providing solutions for creating personality & behavioral assessments, including competency mapping, tools mapping, and configuring reports for client analysis and decision-making.
- Internal Coordination and Operational Support: Collaborating with internal teams (sales, consulting, customer success) to ensure smooth project execution. This involves coordinating task tracking, follow-ups, managing operational requirements, maintaining standard documentation, and assisting with process-related activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Content Management: Taking ownership of behavioral content creation through SMEs (subject matter experts) and via AI automation. Reviewing content for quality, logical correctness, and uploading. Coordinating with the operations team and maintaining content inventory. Exploring new SMEs through portals like LinkedIn and onboarding them for content creation/review for personality & behavioral tools and assessment requirements.
- Research and Processes Development: Gaining exposure to client requests for psychometric assessment design and use cases, primarily for learning and support. Researching and exploring innovations in personality & behavioral tools, scientific approaches to assessment design, and market competition. Working alongside leaders to strengthen processes and improve operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
- Post-Graduate in Psychology (preferably I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology, Organization Behavior) or Master's in Human Resources / OD / IO.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (very critical).
