AES Salesforce Developer, Associate

You’ll work at the heart of global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services—solving real client challenges through connected collaboration. As an AES Salesforce Developer Associate, you will support the design, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that help clients improve customer relationship management, data flow, and service delivery. As an Associate, you will learn by contributing to project tasks, adapt to changing client needs, ask questions, and build your technical skills while working in a fast-paced environment within our Advisory practice. In this role, you will help with client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment and processing, quality control activities, and resolution of escalations and queries while developing your understanding of Salesforce tools and managed service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing Salesforce support activities across client engagements, including case handling, data review, and process processing
• Configuring and maintaining Salesforce components to support application enhancement, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform use
• Reviewing customer data, correcting records, and validating data quality across operational workflows
• Monitoring quality control procedures, documenting issues, and tracking corrective actions through resolution
• Managing routine service requests, escalations, and user queries with attention to accuracy and timeliness
• Supporting application integration and release activities by following defined technical and delivery processes
• Documenting process steps, configuration details, and service outcomes to support continuity and audit readiness
• Applying Salesforce tools and managed service methods to help improve service delivery and operational performance

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
