About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Support strategic initiatives and drive their execution across teams; coordinate with departments to ensure priorities and milestones are achieved.
- Business & Data Analysis: Analyze business and operational data; identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate information into actionable recommendations.
- Leadership Reporting: Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefing notes, and meeting summaries; maintain dashboards, trackers, and organizational priorities.
- Operations & Governance: Support internal audits and operational reviews; assist in developing SOPs, policies, and process documentation; ensure proper follow-up on key decisions and action items.
- Research & Business Intelligence: Conduct market, competitor, and internal business research to support decision-making.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Excel (Advanced)
- PowerPoint (Advanced)
- Knowledge of Power BI or Zoho Analytics (Advantageous)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini (Advantageous)
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
- Graduates from Engineering, BBA, BBM, B.Com, Economics, MBA, or related backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination, ownership, and execution capabilities.
- Exposure to startups, manufacturing, EVs, or business operations (Advantageous)
