Role & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat across multiple platforms.
- Resolve common issues related to order status, product info, returns, and billing using company knowledge bases.
- Escalate complex or unresolved tickets to supervisors or relevant departments with clear documentation.
- Adhere to SLAs, quality benchmarks, and brand tone-of-voice guidelines in every customer interaction.
- Participate in daily briefings, training modules, and continuous improvement sessions to stay updated.
- Maintain high CSAT scores and contribute to team KPIs by delivering consistent, accurate, and empathetic service.
