About the Role
The Mathematics and Science Tutor will deliver engaging, concept-focused lessons to students in Classes 1 to 7, ensuring clarity in foundational and advanced topics in both subjects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting classroom sessions.
- Explaining core concepts through examples and activities.
- Assigning and reviewing homework.
- Providing regular feedback to learners and parents.
- Assessing student performance.
- Identifying learning gaps.
- Adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Maintaining a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Occasional participation in internal training and academic planning meetings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Mathematics and Science subject knowledge.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and using examples, activities, or visual aids to support conceptual understanding.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.

Qualifications

- Prior tutoring or teaching experience with school-age learners is preferred.
