About the Role
ASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, design, develop, integrate, market, and service advanced lithography machines. These machines are key to producing faster, cheaper, and more energy-efficient microchips, enabling customers to reduce microchip size and increase functionality. ASML is the world's leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry. The Mechanical Development department focuses on designing and developing complex mechanics for these machines, which are high-precision products.
This is a Summer Intern position based on-site in Wilton, CT, which has both R&D and manufacturing operations. Interns will design and produce multiple sub-system modules that are shipped to ASML headquarters in Veldhoven, The Netherlands, for integration into the full lithography machine.
The position requires on-site presence for in-person events, trainings, and meetings, and to ensure teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. The internship is 12 weeks long and requires availability for sessions starting on 6/2/2027 or 6/14/2027.
