About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and hygiene
- Monitor and report patient condition to nursing staff and physicians
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
