Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate business performance, operational trends, and key metrics.
- Track and report on operational and customer activity metrics, including sales performance, intake volume, and customer engagement.
- Provide operational support for client programs, internal initiatives, and CRM management.
- Develop and maintain internal reports and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives as needed.
- Build and maintain revenue forecasts and business models.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support budgeting and long-term planning.
- Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment on forecasts and business projections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, financial, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, Power BI, ArcGIS, or similar analytical tools is highly desirable.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and professional approach.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic and evolving environments.
