About the Role

A leading sustainability enterprise is looking for an ambitious, analytical, and forward-thinking graduate to join their growing environmental advisory team in New York. This role offers a structured mentorship pipeline designed to take you from a raw graduate to a fully autonomous, specialized consultant within 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Carbon Accounting & Reporting: Assist in compiling and verifying Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories using enterprise sustainability software.
• Built Environment Strategy: Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams to analyze building-scale data, helping developments hit targeted certifications (LEED, WELL, or local energy compliance codes).
• Data Analytics & Modeling: Build and maintain data models tracking client resource usage, focusing on water stewardship, waste diversion, and energy efficiency.
• ESG Materiality: Perform market research and peer benchmarking to help corporate clients identify and prioritize their long-term Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks.

Qualifications

• Education: A recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Infrastructure, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable managing spreadsheets and large data sets. Ability to spot trends in raw numbers.
• Communication Skills: The ability to translate dense, technical scientific metrics into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
