About the Role

The Sales Associate role at Vantano is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Sales Associate will interact with customers, understand their needs, present suitable products or services, and guide them through the buying process. The role involves maintaining store or office presentation standards, updating sales records, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets. The Sales Associate is expected to provide courteous, solution-oriented service and represent Vantano’s brand values at all times.

• Support pricing and negotiation discussions under guidance.
• Assist with order processing and documentation.
• Maintain store or office presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Basic sales and customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Comfort with using computers and digital tools for recording sales activities and handling customer information.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer interactions during the workday.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to learning product information and sales techniques.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or commerce is an advantage.

Prior experience in retail or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
