Full Stack Python Faculty

About the Role

• This is a part-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Python Trainer based at the Hyderabad campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom-based training on Python and full stack development, including backend, frontend, and related tools and frameworks.
• Prepare curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create and update training materials.
• Conduct interactive sessions.
• Guide learners through hands-on exercises and real-time project work.
• Assess learner performance through assignments and evaluations.
• Provide individual feedback.
• Mentor students for interviews and placements.
• Collaborate with the academic team to refine course content and align training with industry requirements.
• Support technology workshops and special batches.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Python programming expertise.
• Backend development expertise (e.g., Django, Flask, REST APIs).
• Frontend technologies for full stack development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, responsive UI basics).
• Experience with databases and related tools (e.g., SQL/NoSQL databases, ORM frameworks, basic performance optimization).
• Proficiency in software development practices (e.g., version control with Git, debugging, testing, and deployment fundamentals).

Qualifications

• Effective teaching, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse learners.
• Experience designing curricula or training content, including hands-on labs, projects, and assessments.
• Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or industry professional in full stack development is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Ability to manage part-time teaching schedules.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and course requirements.
