About Tikko Desk
Tikko Desk is a new startup in early development, based in Hyderabad. We're building B2B software for IT teams. The product covers Help Desk, Assets, Endpoints, People onboarding and offboarding, Vault, Workflows, and more, with an AI assistant called Tikky.
About the Role
This is a full-time, hybrid internship for 5–6 months. Interns will work directly with the founder and ship features that real customers use. Interns who perform well may be offered a paid full-time role at the end, depending on performance and company needs. We are looking for immediate joiners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build features across the stack: React and TypeScript on the frontend, Python FastAPI on the backend, PostgreSQL for data.
- Turn product ideas into working screens, APIs, and database changes, end to end.
- Work on modules like Help Desk tickets, Assets, Procurement, and Endpoints.
- Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) every day and review their output carefully.
- Write tests for your own code and fix bugs reported by users and testers.
- Learn how a cloud product is deployed and run on Google Cloud.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Must-haves
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React (projects and coursework count).
- Basic Python and an understanding of REST APIs.
- Basic SQL and databases.
- Comfortable with Git.
- Hands-on use of AI coding tools.
- Available full-time for 5–6 months, starting immediately, hybrid in Hyderabad.
Nice-to-haves
- FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or Tailwind CSS.
- Any experience with Google Cloud, Docker, or CI/CD.
- Interest in IT tools, help desks, or B2B software.
