About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the company's social media accounts.
• Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, and content ideas.
• Assist in creating captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives and videos.
• Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
• Support social media campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
• Ability to research trends and generate fresh content ideas.
• Good time-management and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
