About the Role
The Rokt Residency is an 18-week, full-time, paid early-career program for AI Operations Associates working out of our office in New York City. This cohort runs from January 12, 2027, through May 14, 2027. Residents have the opportunity to receive full-time offers to join Rokt.
Rokt is an AI-first company and a team of builders. Expect to identify problems and fix them, and to build tools when needed. The company uses AI and automation tools to move faster and expects individuals to figure things out when the path isn't obvious.
How Your Future Team Uses AI
Rokt Operations teams use AI to streamline repetitive tasks, analyze data, identify process gaps, draft and improve documentation, QA workflows, surface insights, and automate manual handoffs. Team members are expected to be curious, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting with AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline & automate workflows: Identify inefficiencies across launch, QA, monitoring, troubleshooting, approvals, and operational processes. Design and implement AI-enabled automations to reduce time and errors.
- Build internal tools: Create and deploy tools that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and remove bottlenecks.
- Improve speed + quality outcomes: Measure the impact of your work, iterate quickly, and help drive improvements against goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with other teams to understand pain points, align on outcomes, and implement lasting changes.
- Get trained at speed: Learn Rokt's platform and internal tools through hands-on work, then use that context to accelerate via automation and better systems.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Availability to work full-time, in the office in New York, for the full 18 weeks.
- Enterprise access to leading AI tools with generous usage limits.
Qualifications
- Analytical & resourceful: Dive into unknown areas, use data to drive decisions, and break problems down to first principles.
- AI Fluency: Identify the right tools and approaches for manual problems, generate quality output, and automate the process.
- Self-starter with ownership: Take ideas from concept to implementation, build toward solutions for identified problems, and own the outcome.
- Adaptable & resilient: Comfortable with ambiguity and quick iteration.
- Collaborative communicator: Work well with diverse teams, explain complex ideas simply, handle feedback with humility, and bring others along.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $40/hour.
- Technology Allowance: Generous allowance for a Macbook Pro M5 + accessories (yours to keep).
- If a full-time offer is secured post-residency, total target compensation ranges from $90,000 - $136,000 annually, including a fixed annual salary of $85,000 - $125,000, employee equity plan grant (RSUs), and benefits.
