Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior hiring managers and business leaders to understand leadership talent needs and critical roles.
- Review and align job descriptions for lateral leadership vacancies.
- Assist in developing and refining job specifications and competencies for leadership positions.
- Track and manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer dropout ratios for lateral leadership roles.
- Identify and implement effective strategies for attracting senior and leadership talent.
- Draft targeted recruitment advertisements and ensure postings are placed on relevant platforms for leadership hiring.
- Source appropriate leadership candidates and evaluate their qualifications through resume reviews, structured interviews, and professional interactions.
- Connect high-potential leadership candidates with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain proactive engagement with candidates, keeping them informed about their application status and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on compensation benchmarking and salary negotiations for leadership hires.
- Build and maintain strong networks within sales, IT, and non-IT leadership communities and the broader industry marketplace.
- Represent the organization at industry events, leadership forums, and job fairs to strengthen the employer brand and attract senior talent.
