About the Role
Kardi Group is looking for energetic and dedicated Field Engineers to join our team for Kardi Pedrotti Dryers Pvt Ltd and Kardi Agri Services. This role offers an opportunity to work from your hometown with a renowned engineering company.
Key Responsibilities
- Stationing at remote villages in processing plants to oversee operations and maintenance.
- Willing to work in shifts (plants operate 3 shifts a day during season).
- Willing to travel within India.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Diploma in Agriculture / Mechanical / Electrical
- Open to 10th Dropout / 12th Dropout / Discontinued candidates interested to work and eager to upskill.
Qualifications
- 0-2 Years of experience
- Willing to be stationed at remote villages.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Willing to travel within India.
- Local residents of Thanjavur & Attur and surrounding areas will be given preference.
