About the Role
NexXora is expanding its Agri Drone Operations team and is looking for passionate candidates who are interested in working at the intersection of agriculture, drones, and field technology. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to commercial agricultural drone operations and be part of a growing Agri-Tech team.
📍 Location: Tamil Nadu – Field Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting agri drone operations.
- Field operations and travel across assigned locations.
- Working in outdoor and agricultural field conditions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Small / Small-Medium drone category operations.
- RPTO Certification from a DGCA-authorised RPTO.
- Preferred: 12th Pass / Diploma. Graduates may also apply.
Drone Pilot Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of drone operations experience.
- Minimum 100 flying hours.
- Experience in agricultural drone operations/spraying will be an added advantage.
Co-Pilot Requirements
- RPTO Certification preferred/required as applicable.
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
General Eligibility
- Candidates below 30 years preferred.
