About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher role based in Byrathi, Kothanur, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons.
• Support early learning milestones.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Prepare lesson materials.
• Implement curriculum activities.
• Observe and document child progress.
• Support children’s social and emotional development.
• Communicate regularly with families.
• Participate in school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality learning experiences.
• Maintain classroom safety.
• Follow school policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience working with preschool or Kindergarten-aged children.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons.
• Ability to support Curriculum Development aligned with developmental needs.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
• Patience.
• Empathy.
• Ability to create an inclusive, child-centered classroom.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
• Willingness to adapt to school guidelines and teaching standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Experience with classroom management.
• Experience with child safety.
• Experience with basic first aid is an advantage.
