About the Role
FIGS is seeking a Community Hub Associate to represent the brand, blending customer service with back-of-house operations. This role supports the holiday season and reports to the Community Hub Store General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge on styles, colors, and sizes.
- Share the FIGS brand story and mission.
- Support customer transactions, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and in-store online order assistance.
- Collaborate in planning and executing in-store events and initiatives.
- Sales Support and Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to FIGS’ standards.
- Manage back-of-house tasks: receiving, inspecting, and organizing inventory.
- Ensure the stockroom is efficient and orderly.
- Assist with inventory counts and communicate replenishment needs.
- Operations and Safety
- Adhere to store safety protocols.
- Report potential issues or inventory concerns to management.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Previous retail and/or stockroom experience with a focus on customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to unpack, organize, and lift inventory (5-50 lbs).
- Ability to walk an average of 12,000 steps per shift.
- Basic computer skills.
- Retail math knowledge.
- Experience with POS systems (Shopify preferred).
- Action-oriented and detail-focused.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work "Black Friday" and from the second week of December until the end of the holiday season.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Qualifications
- Previous retail and/or stockroom experience with a focus on customer service.

- Basic computer skills, retail math knowledge, and experience with POS systems (Shopify preferred).
- Action-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- All employees are expected to be available to work “Black Friday” and from the second week of December until the end of the holiday season.
