About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy proactive outreach, the challenge of prospecting, and building a sales career with dedicated coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with insurance brokers and partners via calls and emails to generate interest in Employee Navigator.
  • Conduct research to expand the contact database and educate prospects on Employee Navigator's value proposition.
  • Engage prospects with effective questioning to understand their needs and assess fit before making handoffs.

  • Actively participate in coaching, including call reviews and 1:1s, for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or a role involving frequent communication with people.
  • Ability to make cold calls and maintain momentum despite rejection.
  • Possess clear, confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate organization, self-motivation, and the capacity to manage a high volume of activity.
  • Exhibit coachability, curiosity, and a desire for professional growth towards an Account Executive role.
