About the Role
This is a remote traineeship program for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst trainee will work with healthcare-related datasets, clean and validate data, and prepare reports and dashboards that support internal teams and partner providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct exploratory data analysis.
- Apply basic statistical techniques.
- Assist in building or refining data models to answer business questions.
- Collaborate with team members to translate data findings into clear insights.
- Support ongoing analytical projects.
- Document methods and results for future reference.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python/R for data analysis is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
- Knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical concepts to real-world data.
- Skills in Data Modeling and working with structured datasets.
- Effective Communication Skills to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams is important.
