About the Role
Technical Trading Operations Support Engineer at East End Resources Inc. This onsite position is based in Downtown New York City. You will be situated on the trading desk, playing a vital role in technical operations processes as part of the Technology team. Your responsibilities will encompass both desk-facing activities and light coding.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for traders.
- Install, configure, and monitor critical trading applications.
- Incident management via ticketing system and documentation.
- Collaborate with developers for all operational processes supporting trading applications.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Linux experience is required.
- Python scripting.
- SQL.
- Bash scripting.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a Trading Operations Engineer role is optimal.
- Candidates with no experience in the trading industry will also be considered.
- Experience in DevOps roles in tech will receive consideration.
- Training will be provided on trading-specific knowledge.
