About the Role

The Volunteer at IndiaBonds will support daily operations and initiatives aimed at enhancing investor education and platform engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teams with research on fixed-income products.
• Perform data entry.
• Assist with documentation.
• Handle basic administrative tasks.
• Help prepare educational content.
• Support client communication efforts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate records.
• Update internal tools.
• Provide general support to the operations, marketing, and customer support teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Interest in finance, capital markets, and fixed-income investments, with a willingness to learn about bonds and related products.
• Basic proficiency in research, data collection, and information organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfort with using computers, internet-based tools, and office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, documents).
• Ability to manage time, follow instructions, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Educational background in finance, economics, business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Prior internship or volunteer experience in a financial or startup environment is beneficial.
• On-site role based in Mumbai.
