About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The People & Culture Lead will build the people side of SO/FACET from day one, working directly with the co-founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing the employee experience from the first hello to the first offsite.
- Writing the policies and processes a growing team will run on.
- Running hiring operations from sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding.
- Managing office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Creating the rituals that make SO/FACET a place people love to work.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, operations or a founder's office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for people and culture.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the ability to turn chaos into systems.
- Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and basic HR tools.
- Relevant education in human resources, business, psychology or a related field is preferred.
- Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral and non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work.
