About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Management Intern who can help plan, coordinate, and execute projects across different teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and ensuring work gets completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with marketing, technology, operations, and other teams.
- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Identify delays, communicate challenges, and help resolve issues.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and improving internal workflows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools (AI tools aswell).
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Freshers and students or graduates from any educational background are welcome. We value accountability, initiative, and willingness to learn more than previous experience.
Note: This is a non-technical project management role. Full-time, work-from-office availability in Goregaon West, Mumbai, is mandatory.
