Business Development Associate (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting IT professionals on the right career paths over calls.
- Staying updated with the latest technologies.
- Consistently achieving targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Building relationships and identifying references through the existing learner base.
- Keeping abreast with Intellipaat’s latest offerings and best practices.
- Understanding concerns, requirements, and needs to provide effective career advancement solutions for IT professionals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Fast-learner, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Qualifications
- All Streams (UG/PG) except BA/MA.
Work Location
- Bangalore
Compensation
- First 6 months: 25,000 INR per month (Fixed Pay) + Performance-based incentives.
- After 6 months of training: Final CTC: 8 LPA (4.2 LPA fixed + 3.8 LPA incentives based on performance).
