About the Role

At PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you will play a pivotal role supporting various Acceleration Center services. You will engage in challenging projects, provide distinctive services, and participate in dynamic, digitally enabled training designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the Operations Consulting team, you will provide specialized knowledge in healthcare provider revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply specialized knowledge in healthcare provider revenue cycle management.
• Execute tasks and perform analyses for project support.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance operational workflows.
• Focus on delivering quality results that create client satisfaction.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at improving patient care outcomes.
• Analyze data to discern patterns and inform strategies.
• Provide technical input for specific project needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 6+ Months of experience in healthcare provider revenue cycle management.
• Understanding of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with insurance companies, patients, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Flexible to work in night shifts (US Time zone).

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Any Undergraduate Degree (10+2 or Equivalent) OR Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Medical Technology.
• Preferred: Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT).
• Preferred: Familiarity with UB-04 and/or CMS-1500 claim forms.
• Preferred: Experience with Epic HB or PB systems.
• Preferred: Excelling in documentation and reporting.
• Preferred: Adhering to HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
• Preferred: Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Preferred: Identifying and resolving payment delays.
