About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Intern to manage our presence on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Instagram. This is a hands-on social media marketing role focused on planning, creation, posting, engagement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage content calendars across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Instagram.
• Write posts, threads, carousels, captions, and develop short-form video ideas.
• Grow followers, reach, and engagement for team accounts.
• Engage daily through comments, replies, DMs, and relevant communities/subreddits, avoiding spam.
• Identify and adapt trending formats and hooks to our brand.
• Track weekly metrics (followers, impressions, engagement rate, profile visits, inbound leads) and share insights.
• Run experiments with new formats and leverage successful strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proof of growth: Demonstrated ability to grow at least one account (personal, brand, client, or self-started) with before/after numbers.
• Clear understanding of platform algorithms and cultures, especially Reddit.
• Strong writing skills: ability to create engaging posts.
• Working knowledge of Canva/Figma.
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut).
• Self-driven, consistent, and comfortable with numbers.
• Bonus: Interest in tech, startups, SaaS, or AI; experience with scheduling or analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Must Include With Your Application:
• Links to accounts you've grown.
• For each account: starting followers → current followers, timeframe, and best-performing posts.
• Analytics screenshots (impressions/engagement) where possible.
• Applications without proof of growth will not be considered.

• Location: New Delhi (Hybrid)
• Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance)
• Stipend: As per skills
