Call Centre Representative

Shift: US hours, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers
- Answer queries and offer clear solutions
- Meet daily and weekly targets
- Update call notes in the CRM
- Follow quality and compliance guidelines
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate or 12th pass
- Excellent spoken English
- Comfortable with night shifts
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, target-driven attitude
