Performance Marketing Intern

About the Role

GoGreater Branding & Marketing is seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Intern eager to learn paid advertising, analytics, and campaign optimization in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a 3–6 month internship with the possibility of a full-time opportunity based on performance.

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve leads, conversions, and ROAS.
• Support the team in creating ad copies and campaign structures.
• Help with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking setup.
• Assist in creating and testing landing pages.
• Learn and support Google Shopping campaigns and Performance Max campaigns.
• Assist with Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) campaigns and chatbot flow setup.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus but not mandatory.
