About the Role
- Duration: 2 months
- Working Hours: Part-time or full-time
- Location: Noida (WFO)
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for the Sales team, preferably those with Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) experience.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee queries.
- Manage candidate communication and maintain recruitment trackers.
Qualifications
- BBA/MBA students or candidates currently pursuing a relevant degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment tools is a plus.
Stipend: According to industry standards.
