Credgenics is a technology-driven, SaaS-based debt collections and NPA resolution platform.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Technology Interns eager to learn, build, and solve real-world engineering problems in a fast-paced product environment. Interns will contribute to backend services and APIs, frontend web applications, or DevOps and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to develop, test, deploy, and maintain reliable software systems while learning industry-standard engineering practices.
What You’ll Work On
- Backend Development: Support the development and maintenance of backend services, REST APIs, and database-driven applications.
- Frontend Development: Build and improve user-facing web features using JavaScript and React.js, with HTML and CSS.
- DevOps & Cloud: Assist with application deployments, cloud services, CI/CD workflows, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in debugging, testing, and code reviews.
- Work with databases and APIs to support reliable data flow.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps engineers.
- Help identify and troubleshoot performance, reliability, and deployment issues.
- Document technical work and follow team practices for source control, testing, security, and release management.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech/BE, MCA, or a related technical degree.
- Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- For frontend work: familiarity with JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS, and responsive web design.
- For backend work: understanding of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and basic software design principles.
- For DevOps work: basic familiarity with Linux/Unix, AWS or another cloud platform, Git, Docker, scripting, or CI/CD concepts.
- Familiarity with Git or another source-control tool.
- Exposure to testing and debugging is an advantage.
- Curiosity to learn new technologies.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Ownership and adaptability.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
Good to Have
- Academic, personal, or internship projects in web development, backend engineering, cloud, or automation.
- Exposure to microservices, system design basics, CI/CD tools, Docker, AWS services, infrastructure as code, or monitoring tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, unit testing, and code reviews.
