About the Role

Join Kredily's team as an Implementation & Customer Support specialist in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers, understand their requirements, and implement the Kredily application to ensure successful project completion.
• Act as a Specialist Product Implementation (HR & Payroll) to enable clients to leverage Kredily for their daily business needs.
• Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Kredily – in terms of usage, configuration, implementation, and customer support.
• Proactively build strong customer relationships to understand client requirements and evolve configurations or workarounds to address client-specific needs.
• Implement the application in a time-bound and professional manner.
• Address customer requirements, port client data, and provide user training and support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in the areas of the implementation process, product enhancement, and customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hindi & English (Must)
• Microsoft Excel
• MS Access & SQL (Optional)
• Customer support tools, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc. (Value add)

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• At least 6 months of corporate exposure in any domain with customer interaction.
• Experience in client engagement and query resolving through effective telephone and email communication.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to partner with clients and help them achieve their goals.
• Knowledge of Indian Payroll statutory compliances (Big advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Excel Office Suite (Added advantage).
• Proficiency in any other languages (Added advantage).
• Strong eagerness towards learning.
• Previous HR Experience candidates will not be considered for this role.
