About the Role
IDEMIA Public Security, a division of IDEMIA Group, is the leading provider of secure and trusted biometric-based solutions, transforming public and private organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing activities for trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Assist with creating content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and potential growth opportunities.
- Help update marketing collateral and organize/upload content to SharePoint.
- Collaborate with Government Relations, Communications, and Branding teams on marketing projects.
- Provide administrative and organizational support, including tracking project activities, coordinating materials, and maintaining marketing resources.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Academic Standing: Junior or Senior preferred.
- Availability: Full-time during summer term.
- Interest in marketing, criminal justice, public safety, or government technology.
- Strong written communication, organizational, and research skills.
- Willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and collaborate across teams.
- Hybrid role; ability to travel to the office is required.
