About the Role
Happiest Health is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on interview scheduling, candidate coordination, recruitment tracker maintenance, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates on interview status.
- Support job posting and sourcing activities.
- Assist with onboarding and recruitment documentation.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in HR, MBA, or related field.
