About the Role
Flipp is a café + coworking space in Balewadi, Pune, seeking an energetic intern to help grow the Flipp community. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys interacting with people and driving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Flipp: Drive offline promotional activities around Balewadi/Pune, and support social media and branding pushes.
- Manage the space: Greet guests, give tours of the coworking space, host café-floor and member interactions, and ensure a smooth experience.
- Support events end-to-end: Assist with sponsors, guests, and on-ground operations.
- Support influencers & creators visiting the space with their requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong spoken English and Hindi: Confident, warm, and clear communication.
- Marketing or promotions exposure: Experience with social media, campaigns, or offline activations is a plus.
- Event exposure: Experience with college fests, conferences, or club events.
- Pune-based and able to commute to Balewadi.
- Available 5 days a week (some weekends for events).
Qualifications
- BBA / BA / BHM / any graduate: Students and freshers are welcome.
- Warm, energetic, presentable, with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
Stipend: ₹15,000/month
This is a paid internship.
