About the Role

This is an early-career role for someone who loves keeping things organized and moving. The strategy and systems already exist, so your job is to run them well, keep details from slipping through the cracks, and speak up when you see a better way to do something.

Key Responsibilities

For BPC Homes:

  • Keep the CRM accurate, with leads, prospects and clients in the right stage and follow-ups happening on time.
  • Run BPC’s client nurture journey: welcome materials, milestone notes, client gifts and post-project touchpoints, all sent at the right moment.
  • Handle scheduling for sales and marketing meetings, including a short daily window of calendar work.
  • Coordinate the newsletter in Mailchimp by gathering inputs, running pre-send checks, routing replies, and growing and tagging the audience.
  • Triage selected sales emails and get them to the right person.
  • Keep SOPs, checklists and templates current as things change.

Potential Growth Areas

Once settled, hours and scope can grow across BPC and other IMW clients. This could include:

  • Social scheduling and publishing
  • Content editing and repurposing
  • SEO articles written from briefs
  • Email campaigns
  • Light research and reporting
