Business Development Trainee/WFH

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Trainee role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Support growth initiatives by identifying prospective learners and partners.
• Assist with lead generation campaigns and follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs.
• Document interactions in internal systems or CRM tools.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
• Interact with prospective customers to explain Bhanzu’s offerings, answer questions, and provide a positive, informative experience.
• Prepare simple reports on lead quality, conversion trends, and customer feedback.
• Continuously learn and improve communication and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret lead data, customer feedback, and basic performance metrics.
• Ability in Lead Generation and follow-up.
• Experience or interest in Market Research.
• Commitment to high-quality Customer Service.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
• Enthusiasm for education and willingness to learn business development and sales practices.
• Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (completed or in final year) preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
