Sales Associate, Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Lenskart store team in Bangalore. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their eyewear needs, and delivering an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting frames and lenses
• Explain product features, offers, and lens benefits
• Perform basic eye tests/vision checkups (after training)
• Maintain store hygiene, display, and inventory
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
• Handle billing, customer orders, and after-sales support

Training

• Mandatory 18 days of functional training at Whitefield, Bangalore.
• Training covers product knowledge, sales process, customer service & eye testing.
• Salary starts from Day 1 of training.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn and work in a team

Education & Experience

• Minimum 12th pass with 1 year of experience, OR Graduation completed (Fresher can apply).
