About the Role
- Full-time position
- Located in the Schaumberg, IL area
- Work directly with patients, providers, and staff
- Gain experience running a business component within a practice
- Manage multiple satellite locations, requiring local travel
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, providers, and staff
- Identify eligible patients and prioritize schedules
- Educate and guide providers and their staff on available services and therapies
- Dispense products or services as directed by the provider and their care team
- Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and submitted to appropriate departments
- Efficiently navigate Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and clinic schedules
- Track and maintain inventory
- Travel locally between practice locations and/or to set up devices
Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license
