About the Role

Deep Holistics is a health and wellness solution that combines advanced diagnostics and technology to deliver hyper-personalized healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, attentive, high-touch experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage appointments, reschedules, and cancellations.
• Keep the daily calendar and equipment schedule optimized.
• Answer client enquiries and explain recovery therapies in simple terms.
• Handle client feedback or concerns professionally.
• After training, help set up and start client sessions on recovery equipment.
• Follow standard checklists during client sessions.
• Stay attentive to client comfort during sessions, escalating anything unusual to the clinical/wellness team.
• Keep client records, intake forms, and session logs accurate and up to date.
• Prepare simple daily/weekly reports (bookings, utilisation, feedback).
• Suggest improvements to how the centre runs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a confident, polished way of speaking to clients.
• Willingness to be trained on wellness equipment.
• Willingness to follow safety and hygiene checklists carefully.
• Smart, organised, and quick to learn.
• Ability to juggle several things at once without dropping the ball.
• Well-presented, warm, and professional.
• Calm approach to handling client questions or issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in front office, guest relations, customer service, clinic/hospital front desk, hospitality, or similar.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent English communication and a natural comfort with people.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a sense of ownership over how the space looks and runs.

A background in hospitality, healthcare, life sciences, sports/fitness is a plus, but not required.

Location: Flexible to relocate to Bangalore.
