About the Role
NEUROVERSEAI is seeking a driven MBA Associate for an Aqua Tech startup client. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the CEO, drive business execution, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to establishing India’s most trusted shrimp seed platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO's right hand, taking instructions, planning, and executing them.
- Manage startup compliance, including GST, Udyam, Startup India, fisheries licences, and trademarks.
- Coordinate with hatcheries, PCR labs, CAs, lawyers, government offices, and partners.
- Support the launch of the first farmer pilot in Andhra Pradesh.
- Assist with marketing efforts on the website, ads, WhatsApp, and farmer meetings.
- Prepare reports, financial trackers, investor decks, and meeting notes.
- Track all tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, presentation software, and digital productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
Qualifications
- MBA in any specialization. Operations, Strategy, or Agri-business is a plus.
- Genuine interest in aquaculture, AgriTech, and entrepreneurship.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Enthusiastic freshers are welcome.
