[Performance Marketing Intern]

Key Responsibilities

• Support SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads & WhatsApp Marketing.
• Conduct keyword, competitor & market research.
• Assist with campaign setup, targeting & optimization.
• Create and test ad copies, creatives, CTAs & landing pages.
• Manage lead-generation campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Track CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, conversions & lead quality.
• Utilize GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GTM & Excel/Sheets.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Understanding of analytics and lead funnels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn, test and optimize.

Goal: Build hands-on expertise in performance marketing and qualified lead generation.

[Graphic Designer Intern]

Key Responsibilities

• Create creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & digital platforms.
• Design posts, carousels, stories, ads, brochures, presentations & thumbnails.
• Edit Reels, promotional videos & motion graphics.
• Handle transitions, subtitles, music, sound effects & basic colour grading.
• Create AI-assisted images/videos and AI voiceovers.
• Perform photo editing, retouching, background removal & compositing.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, typography, colours & visual style.
• Research trends and suggest fresh creative ideas.
• Manage revisions and deliver projects within deadlines.

• Photoshop | Illustrator | Canva | Figma | Premiere Pro | After Effects | CapCut | AI Creative Tools

Requirements

• Strong creative & visual thinking.
• Good eye for design and detail.
• Fast execution with quality.

• Generate leads through fieldwork, calls, and networking.
• Pitch MCR Ventures’ services with clarity and confidence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferred, not mandatory if you’re sharp).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
