Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with students and community members through online platforms.
- Plan and coordinate student engagement activities, discussions, events, and campaigns.
- Respond to student questions, understand their concerns, and route feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
- Create and share useful community updates, announcements, and engagement content.
- Monitor participation, identify engagement trends, and suggest initiatives that improve student experience and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare regular community activity reports.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working with online communities, social media, messaging platforms, and basic digital tools.
- A proactive, organized, and empathetic approach to student support.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and activities while meeting deadlines.
- Relevant experience in community management, student engagement, customer success, education, or a related area is helpful.
- This is a remote, full-time opportunity in the education technology industry.
- Monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000.
