About the Role
FACE Prep is seeking a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer based in Amaravati. This role focuses on delivering classroom and lab-based training sessions to prepare students for tech industry jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and structure training curricula.
- Create and update learning materials.
- Conduct classroom and lab-based training sessions.
- Focus on technical and job-readiness skills for students.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.
- Collaborate with trainers and academic partners to align content with industry requirements.
- Participate in workshops, bootcamps, and other learning initiatives.
- This is a PAN India level travel-based job.

- Relevant technical knowledge in programming, software development, data structures, algorithms, or related areas is highly beneficial.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience training college students or early-career professionals for placements in the tech sector is an advantage.
