Human Resources Intern

About the Role

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources. As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to the people strategies that power a global technology organization. Through collaboration with industry professionals, you will support projects across Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, People Technology, Total Rewards, and other HR functions, helping deliver solutions that attract, develop, and retain talent. The internship takes place in Summer.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain insight into career paths within Human Resources.
• Present your project at the company's Internship Expo.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, or related business functions.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Strong learning agility with the ability to acquire new knowledge, apply feedback, adapt to changing business needs, and manage multiple priorities.

Program Details

• The company Intern program runs from late May to early August.
