About the Role
Clinical Management Consultants seeks a full-time Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in downtown San Francisco. This is an onsite position perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to build a career in healthcare recruitment. You will play a key role in helping healthcare organizations identify talented leaders, specifically supporting searches for nurse leadership professionals such as Managers, Directors, and Chief Nursing Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with healthcare clients and candidates.
- Gain experience in consultative business development and full-cycle recruiting.
- Research healthcare organizations, markets, and leadership opportunities.
- Source and screen qualified healthcare management candidates.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidate experience.
- Support client outreach and assist in developing a growing portfolio.
- Present qualified candidates and coordinate the interview process.
- Assist with compensation discussions, offers, and successful placements.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client activity within our CRM.
Requirements & Tech Stack
