College Intern

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site College Intern role based in Bengaluru North. The intern will support research and innovation projects by gathering and organizing information, conducting literature and web-based reviews, and assisting in basic feasibility and capability assessments. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in research support, project coordination, and exposure to multidisciplinary technology and innovation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and organizing information.
• Conducting literature and web-based reviews.
• Assisting in basic feasibility and capability assessments.
• Preparing summaries and reports.
• Updating project documentation.
• Helping coordinate communication between internal team members and external experts.
• Assisting in creating simple presentations or visuals.
• Maintaining structured records of data and findings.
• Contributing to planning and tracking tasks under guidance from senior staff.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in engineering, science, technology, or a related discipline, with strong academic performance.
• Ability to conduct basic research: information gathering, literature review, data organization, and clear documentation of findings.
• Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using spreadsheets, basic data tools, and structured templates.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing concise notes, reports, and simple presentations.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability in following processes, and ability to work proactively under supervision.
• Interest in emerging technologies (e.g., AI, robotics, biotech, energy, or healthcare) and a willingness to learn across domains.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North during standard office hours.
• Prior internship or project experience is an advantage but not required.
